1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 457 platform — whether through our website or app — you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
The 457 platform is intended for individuals aged 18 and above only. By registering an account, you confirm that you have reached the required age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. 457 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and may suspend an account while verification is carried out.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 457 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms signifies your acceptance of those changes.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on 457. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Submitting false or misleading details constitutes a breach of these terms. You are responsible for keeping your profile information current whenever changes occur.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login credentials confidential. 457 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence. - Password must be at least eight characters long.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared or public devices.
- Enable two-factor authentication where available for added account security.
3. User Responsibilities & Rules
457 platform users agree not to engage in any activity that violates the law, disrupts platform operations, or harms other users. Specific prohibited activities include the following:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the platform's security systems.
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or platform bugs for unfair advantage.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any fraudulent activities.
- Sharing or selling account access to third parties.
- Using account names, messages, or content that is obscene, offensive, or promotes hatred.
457 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including suspension or closure without prior notice in serious cases.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the 457 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via supported payment methods, including local online banking (FPX) and other electronic payment options available at the time.
Withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC) and related conditions set by 457. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are as displayed in the user account section and are subject to change from time to time.
457 is not responsible for any delays in transaction processing caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors. All successfully credited deposits are non-refundable except under circumstances specifically stated in our refund policy.

- Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal is approved.
- Any fraudulent transaction attempts will be reported to the relevant authorities.
5. Liability Limits & Account Policy
The 457 platform is provided on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure at all times. 457 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform.
457's liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension & Closure
457 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any term set out in this document.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
- Failure to pass identity verification within the stipulated timeframe.
- Accounts inactive beyond the period specified in our inactive account policy.
- Instructions from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.
In the event of account closure due to fraud, any balance in the account may be forfeited. For closures arising from other reasons, any valid balance will be returned once all verification processes have been completed.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Amendments
Intellectual Property
All content on the 457 platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software code — is the property of 457 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit any of this content without prior written consent from 457.
Third-Party Links
The 457 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 457 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third parties. Use of any third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Amendments to Terms & Governing Law
457 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on the platform. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
